What an absolute disgrace. Our meals all came out at different times and the wait time was ridiculous. They forgot one of the meals and had to be reminded 3 times before even rectifying the problem which was rectified in a disgraceful manner. All our meals were cold and the management response was dispicable. Absolutely no compensation for the inconvience caused. The service was atrocious and after all this we missed our cruise tour!
